Ingredients
  

For the Cake
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 14 oz graham crackers
For the Topping
  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting

  • 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Mixing bowl
  • Electric mixer

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Spread half of the whipped cream over the graham crackers.
  4. Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining whipped cream.
  5. Top with mixed berries and dust with powdered sugar.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
