Mango Float

A simple Filipino no-bake dessert made with layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and fresh mangoes.

Ingredients
  

For the Cream Layer
  • 2 cups heavy cream chilled
  • 1 can condensed milk 14 oz
For the Assembly
  • 20 pieces graham crackers
  • 3 pieces ripe mangoes sliced

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • whisk or electric mixer
  • Rectangular dish

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the condensed milk until fully combined.
  3. In a rectangular dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers.
  4. Spread a portion of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add a layer of sliced mangoes on top of the cream.
  6. Repeat the layers, ending with a cream layer and mango slices on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use ripe and sweet mangoes. You can also add crushed graham crackers on top for extra texture.
