For the Salad
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 large cucumber peeled and diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, and chopped mint.
  2. Add salt and black pepper, then mix well.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
