For the Cookie Clusters
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup pretzels broken into small pieces
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Stir in pretzels, marshmallows, and dried cranberries until fully coated.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.
