- Make the hummus: Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, cumin, and salt in a food processor. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Add a tablespoon or two of water if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Make the whipped feta: In a separate bowl, combine crumbled feta, softened cream cheese, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Beat with a mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Make the pumpkin swirl: In a small bowl, stir together pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice.
- Assemble: Spread the hummus into a serving dish. Dollop spoonfuls of the whipped feta and pumpkin mixture over the hummus. Use a spatula or toothpick to swirl the ingredients together.
- Serve: Drizzle with additional olive oil and serve with pita bread, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of lemon juice and salt to your preference. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the hummus.
