- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Add the pink food coloring and mix until the dough is evenly colored.
- Press the dough into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle the Valentine's Day sprinkles evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
