- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease two ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, sugar, vanilla, and salt until combined.
- Gradually mix the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Fold in the flour until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly between the ramekins. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates and serve immediately.
