Turmeric Lemon Yogurt Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Baking
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped rosemary and thyme over the chicken.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

Notes

Serve the chicken with your favorite sides, such as rice or a salad.
