Ingredients
  

For the Platter
  • 1 lb sliced turkey breast
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup bell pepper strips
For the Dip
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Arrange the sliced turkey and vegetables on a large platter.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Serve the dip alongside the platter.

Notes

You can substitute the Greek yogurt with sour cream or hummus for a different flavor.
