  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 ripe avocado halved and pitted
  • fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Scoop the tuna mixture into the avocado halves.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
