Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 8 oz pasta elbow or rotini
  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas thawed
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tuna, peas, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
