Method
- Layer diced pineapple at the bottom of each jar.
- Add a layer of coconut yogurt on top of the pineapple.
- Sprinkle granola over the yogurt.
- Drizzle honey over the granola.
- Top with shredded coconut.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

For a richer flavor, toast the shredded coconut before adding it to the jars.
