Ingredients
  

For the Cranberry Brie Bites
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
For the Stuffed Mushrooms
  • 20 cremini mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut puff pastry into small squares and press into mini muffin tins.
  3. Place a cube of brie in each pastry cup and top with cranberry sauce.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until pastry is golden. Sprinkle with thyme before serving.
  5. For stuffed mushrooms, mix cream cheese, parmesan, and garlic powder.
  6. Fill mushroom caps with the mixture and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
