Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
