Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Method
 

  1. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and scrape any browned bits from the pan.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and dried parsley. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over rice or with crusty bread.
