Sweet Biscuit Dessert Stacks

Layered sweet biscuits with cream and fruit for a simple dessert.

Ingredients
  

For the Cream Layer
  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For Assembly
  • 12 sweet biscuits
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Place one biscuit on a plate and spread a layer of whipped cream on top.
  3. Add a few berries, then place another biscuit on top.
  4. Repeat the layers until you have three biscuits stacked.
  5. Top with a dollop of cream and more berries.

Notes

Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour before serving.
