Sweet and Salty Popcorn

Ingredients
  

For the Popcorn
  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Coating
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Equipment

  • Large pot with lid
  • Baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the popcorn kernels and cover with a lid.
  3. Shake the pot occasionally until popping stops.
  4. Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.
  5. Mix melted butter, honey, and salt in a small bowl.
  6. Drizzle the mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat.
  7. Spread the popcorn on a baking sheet to cool.
