  • 3 lbs chicken wings split into drumettes and flats
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the bowl. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
