Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 5 oz baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds toasted
For the Dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Salad tongs

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the spinach leaves. Slice the strawberries and red onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, red onion, feta cheese, and almonds.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes
