Ingredients
  

For the Smoothie
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 4 medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add strawberries, dates, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
