For the Salad
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
For the Dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cooked chicken, strawberries, red onion, and feta cheese.
