- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Divide the oat mixture evenly between two jars or containers.
- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the oats in each jar.
- Top with diced strawberries and graham cracker crumbs if using.
- Cover the jars and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Stir before serving.
