Ingredients
  

For the Oats
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Strawberry Cheesecake Layer
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs optional

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  2. Divide the oat mixture evenly between two jars or containers.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth.
  4. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the oats in each jar.
  5. Top with diced strawberries and graham cracker crumbs if using.
  6. Cover the jars and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Stir before serving.
