- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss the wings with baking powder and salt until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the wings bake, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After 30 minutes, brush the wings with half the sauce. Return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Remove the wings from the oven and toss with the remaining sauce. Serve immediately.
