Ingredients
  

For the Sandwich
  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 4 slices turkey breast
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Spread mayonnaise evenly on each slice of bread.
  2. Layer avocado, cucumber, lettuce, turkey, and cheese on half of the bread slices.
  3. Top with the remaining bread slices and press gently.
  4. Cut each sandwich in half and pack for your picnic.
