- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Remove the pan from heat. Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and grated parmesan cheese.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
