- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and honey. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Serve warm.
