Spring Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves spring garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add spring garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Stir in lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately.
