Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
For the Dressing
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp mint leaves chopped

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits as indicated in the ingredients list.
  2. Combine strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, and grapes in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, and chopped mint leaves.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
