  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips melted
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
For the Topping
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries strawberries or raspberries
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Whisk in the coconut milk until fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into small serving cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Top with fresh berries and shredded coconut before serving.
