For the Dip
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chips.
  4. Add jalapeños if using.

  6. Mix sour cream and salsa in a bowl for the dip.
  7. Serve the nachos warm with the dip on the side.
