Snoopy Tiramisu Cups

These Snoopy Tiramisu Cups are a fun and easy dessert inspired by the beloved Peanuts character. They feature layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone filling, presented in individual cups for a charming treat.

Ingredients
  

For the Mascarpone Cream
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese room temperature
  • 2 large eggs separated
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Coffee Soak and Assembly
  • 200 ml strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur optional
  • 12 ladyfingers
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Method
 

  1. Prepare the mascarpone cream: In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with half of the sugar until pale and creamy.
  2. Add the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract to the egg yolk mixture. Beat until smooth and well combined.
  3. In a separate clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add the remaining sugar and continue beating until stiff, glossy peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the mascarpone mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Prepare the coffee soak: In a shallow dish, combine the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur (if using).
  6. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are moistened but not soggy. Break them to fit the bottom of your serving cups.
  7. Layer the cups: Place a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of each serving cup.
  8. Top the ladyfingers with a generous layer of the mascarpone cream.
  9. Repeat the layers if desired, finishing with a layer of mascarpone cream.
  10. Chill the tiramisu cups in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the cream to set.
  11. Before serving, dust the tops with unsweetened cocoa powder.

Notes

For a Snoopy-themed presentation, you can add small edible Snoopy decorations or draw Snoopy faces on the cups with edible marker before dusting with cocoa powder.
