Snoopy Hot Chocolate Spoons

Make hot chocolate fun with these Snoopy-themed chocolate spoons. They are simple to make and a great treat for kids.

Ingredients
  

For the Chocolate Spoons
  • 250 g Milk chocolate or dark chocolate
  • 6 Plastic spoons
  • 1 tbsp White chocolate melted, for decorating
  • 1 tsp Black food coloring

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spoons

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Spoon the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper, creating a base for each spoon. Place a plastic spoon on top of the chocolate base, pressing down gently.
  4. Repeat for all 6 spoons.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
  6. Mix the melted white chocolate with black food coloring to create gray. Use this to draw Snoopy faces on the chocolate spoons.
  7. Let the decorations set before serving.

Notes

To serve, stir the chocolate spoon into a mug of hot milk or water until melted.
