Ingredients
  

For the Pork Loin
  • 2 lb pork loin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Season the pork loin with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, olive oil, garlic, and oregano.
  3. Place the pork loin in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the pork is tender.
  5. Slice the pork and serve with the sauce.
