  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz uncooked pasta small shells or elbow macaroni
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
Sauce Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add uncooked pasta, taco seasoning, and water to the skillet. Stir well.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  4. Stir in cheese and milk until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
