- Prepare the fruit platter by washing and slicing the strawberries, grapes, and melon. Arrange them on a large serving plate.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and water. Stir until smooth.
- Fill each cupcake liner halfway with batter. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool before serving alongside the fruit platter.
Notes
For variety, add other fruits like pineapple or kiwi. You can also top the cupcakes with frosting or sprinkles.
