Ingredients
  

For the Roasted Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Garlic Bread
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway, until vegetables are tender.
  4. Mix butter, garlic, and parsley. Spread on sliced French bread.
  5. Bake the bread for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

Serve warm. You can add grated Parmesan cheese to the garlic bread for extra flavor.
