For the Base
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
For the Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a dish to form the base.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread the filling over the base and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
