Ingredients
  

For the Fruit Salad
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (berries, mango, kiwi, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
For the Yogurt Parfait
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup sliced bananas

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop the mixed fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the fruits with honey and lemon juice.
  3. For the yogurt parfait, layer Greek yogurt, granola, and sliced bananas in a glass.
  4. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
