  • 4 fillets white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika evenly over the fish.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice over the seasoned fish.
