  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
