For the Chicken
  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side down.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
