  • 1 cup asparagus chopped

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add asparagus and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Simmer for 10 minutes.
