Seafood Dinner for Valentine's

Ingredients
  

For the Seafood
  • 8 oz shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz scallops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Return shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
