- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return shrimp and scallops to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
