Ingredients
  

For the Cold Brew
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee chilled
For the Salted Caramel Foam
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

Equipment

  • Milk frother
  • Glass

Method
 

  1. Pour the cold brew coffee into a glass filled with ice.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the heavy cream, caramel syrup, and sea salt.
  3. Use a milk frother to whip the mixture until it forms a thick foam.
  4. Spoon the salted caramel foam over the cold brew and serve immediately.

Notes

For a stronger caramel flavor, drizzle extra caramel syrup on top of the foam.
