  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup walnuts toasted
  • 4 oz goat cheese crumbled
For the Dressing
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, toasted walnuts, and crumbled goat cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
