Ingredients
  

For the Rose Milk
  • 4 cups milk chilled
  • 3 tbsp rose syrup
  • 2 tbsp sugar adjust to taste
For the Falooda Components
  • 1/2 cup falooda sev (vermicelli) cooked and cooled
  • 2 tbsp basil seeds (sabja) soaked in water
  • 1/4 cup chopped mixed nuts almonds, pistachios
  • 1/4 cup rose petals for garnish

Equipment

  • Glasses for serving

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chilled milk, rose syrup, and sugar. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Divide the cooked falooda sev and soaked basil seeds equally among serving glasses.
  3. Pour the rose milk mixture over the falooda components in each glass.
  4. Garnish with chopped nuts and rose petals. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use condensed milk instead of sugar. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
