  • 1/2 tsp salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss the pumpkin seeds with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
