  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the skin is crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
