  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 4 carrots peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets and sliced carrots with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
  5. Serve warm.
