Ingredients
  

For the Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Balsamic Glaze
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Mixing bowl
  • Small saucepan

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and browned.
  4. While the sprouts roast, combine balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Drizzle the glaze over the roasted Brussels sprouts before serving.
